Fernleaves Across the Veldt

Fernleaves across the Veldt is designed and operated by Phil Beattie: medal collector and NZ military researcher. Phil is a member of the New Zealand Military Historical Society. He is married, and has two children.

This website is the result of many hundreds of hours research, information collation, database construction and miles of driving, usually with family in tow, to most of New Zealand's cemeteries and museums. The database is by no means complete, and all information regarding the database would be gratefully received. Any contributions will be fully acknowledged. Conversely if there are errors, inconsistencies or other anomalies, these will be rectified as soon as possible after notification.
